I’ve got some exciting news to share—and while I’m usually rushing on to the next challenge, today I’m pausing for a moment to truly soak in this fantastic achievement. I am incredibly honored to announce that I’ve been named a finalist in the prestigious NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Awards for 2024. This recognition is in the “New Woman Franchisor of The Year” category, celebrating the impact of newly launched franchisors.

Honestly, it doesn’t come naturally to me to celebrate personal wins; I’m often already onto the next mission. But today, I want to take a moment to reflect on this recognition because it’s not just about me. It’s about the incredible community we serve—the franchisees, their clients, and every family whose life we touch through our work at The Sleep Nanny®.

This nomination is a testament to the hard work and passion that my team and I pour into our work every day. It’s about the empowerment we provide to our franchisees and the invaluable support they extend to families struggling with sleep deprivation among children. Our goal has always been to make a meaningful difference, and seeing the positive changes in the lives of the families we help is deeply fulfilling.

Launching The Sleep Nanny® as a franchise was a dream come true, and we’ve come so far with 24 franchisees joining us in just the first six months! We’ve also pioneered new franchise technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service consistently.

I am deeply grateful to stand alongside such inspiring and accomplished women in the franchising sector. The upcoming award ceremony on October 18th at The Royal Armouries in Leeds is not just a celebration of individual achievements but a collective acknowledgment of the incredible impact women are making in the franchising industry.
