Hey I'm Leigh Swanborough
I’m Leigh – a mummy of two little girls. To those parents reading this through blurry eyes and currently going through the “dark side” of sleep deprivation – I am right there with you! I have been there (and back) myself.
I’ve been there at 5am wondering how I was going to make it through another jam packed day as a working mum without having either some sort of catastrophic accident or collapsing into a blubbering heap on the floor. My poor sleep deprived daughter and the rest of my family were suffering too and in desperation I hired a sleep consultant. One of the best decisions I have ever made, which quite literally changed our lives.
Having been through the fog and successfully come out the other side…I have since dedicated myself to becoming a child sleep behaviour expert … so that I can help other families in a position that is all too familiar to me, get through such challenging times. What ever your child’s sleep problems may be – I believe there is a solution. Help really is here. ?
I will work with you to create a unique and very gentle plan not only for your child but also for you as the parent. Because lets be honest…the success of this plan comes down to how you implement it, so I want you to feel comfortable and confident with the way forward. I will then gently coach you 1:1 and guide you through each step of the way, at pace both you and your child feel comfortable with.
I am proud to say I have a 100% success rate with my clients in solving their sleep challenges.
Here are some examples of the most common sleep issues I have been helping with:
General sleep refusal
Regular night wakings
Daytime nap problems
Inability to self settle
Feeding to sleep dependency
Ditching the dummy
Transitioning to a big bed
Moving out of parents room
Teaching your child to sleep is truly the best gift you can give them. If you would like me to help you do that then please contact me via my email address. I would love to hear from you.
