Last Friday, we hosted our Success in Sleep Consulting event in London, and I can’t stop thinking about the incredible energy that filled the room. There’s truly nothing like being in the same space with people. Don’t get me wrong—Zoom is a fantastic tool, and you can absolutely exchange energy over a video call. But in-person? That’s where connections deepen, and you can feel the energy on a vibrational level.
The people drawn to this role never fail to inspire me. They’re nurturing, compassionate, and deeply motivated by the impact they want to have on others. That shared passion created an atmosphere that was both uplifting and powerful.
For us as franchisors, finding the right fit is so important. When someone becomes a franchisee, it’s not just a business transaction—it’s the start of a long-term partnership. We’re going to be working together for years, so we take the time to ensure we align on values, vision, passion, and purpose. Getting to spend time together in person allows us to connect on a much deeper level, helping both sides feel confident about the journey ahead.
We’re incredibly grateful to those who took time out of their busy lives to join us last week and spend four hours learning about sleep consulting. It’s amazing to see people exploring how they can build a successful business doing something they’re truly passionate about.

And it doesn’t stop there! One of our franchisees has doubled her revenue this month, bringing in close to £7K—all without working longer hours. Another, a full-time mum, has generated £2,500 just by working during nap times. And one more has conquered her visibility fears, growing her audience to over 3,000.
These stories remind me why we do what we do. When people have the tools, support, and confidence to take the leap, their potential is limitless. I’m so proud of all of them and excited for what lies ahead this year.
